Brownsville Community Club is equipped to host a wide range of events and meetings.
Please contact our Venue Services Manager as you begin to plan for your event and together, we can select a rental plan that bests fits your needs.
Full Hall Rental | Seats up to 275 | $200
Full Hall Rental + Bar | Seats up to 325 | $300
Conference Room Rental Only | Seats up to 20 | $75
Capacities for each area are dependent on room set-up and the type of event. Full facility capacity with standing room is 400.

Holding your wedding at the Brownsville Community Club is an experience we don’t want you to forget.
Because of the additional details and planning that go into your wedding, we have developed special package pricing to help accommodate your wishes.
Seated guests: 100-150
Seated guests: 151-200
Seated guests: 201-250
All Packages Include:
· Table and chair set up
· Staging for head table (Maximum people 14)
· Bartenders (note: gratuity is still added to final bill)
· Complimentary bottle of wine or champagne for bride and groom toasting
· Use of AV equipment/microphone
· Breakdown between dinner and dance
All events held at Brownsville Community Club include manager event services, AV equipment usage, table and chair set-up and take down and facility
clean-up. Additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may be added at Manager’s discretion pending condition of facility after the event. If there are services the Club does not provide, our Venue Services Manager can make recommendations of local partners who are ready to help serve you and your family.
